 On the ground floor :

- A fully-equipped kitchen area with induction hobs , an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and a table seating 6 people.
- A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a desk, shelves and closet and an adjacent shower-room
- Independent toilets
- A maintenance cupboard with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board
On the first floor :
- Two bedrooms each with a 90 x 200cm bed, a desk, shelves and closet
- A shower-room with toilet and washing machine
